Located in an 1860’s restored warehouse building at the edge of the Williamsburg Bridge, Aska is a modern Brooklyn restaurant run by Michelin-starred Swedish chef Fredrik Berselius. With a strong connection to nature and distinct culinary philosophy, Aska offers elevated multi-course dinners, as well as a casual bar menu in its cellar lounge the Edda Bar.
The Aska dining room is where guests are invited on a culinary journey of Scandinavian flavors and techniques through of procession of courses with specially sourced ingredients from the urban farm down the street to local producers across the Northeast. In the intimate yet spacious dining room, dishes are prepared from an open kitchen and served to guests of only ten tables each night. Reservations are required.
The Edda Bar at Aska is where the neighborhood gathers, offering wine, beer, cocktails and a menu of small plates and dishes to share. In the warmer months, the garden at Aska offers dining under an open Brooklyn sky. Reservations are not required.
